INFORMATION TO WORKERS ON THE TREATMENT OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the Qualified Data Protection Law of the Principality of Andorra (LQPD), HOTEL NÒRDIC, SAU informs you that we collect and process your personal data that is strictly necessary, suitable and provided for the maintenance of our employment relationship , for the fulfillment of our legal obligations derived from this relationship and under our legitimate interest in improving your training and for the other purposes referred to below, not being a limiting list:
- To comply with the obligations derived from the execution of the employment contract in treatments such as, for example, the management and payment of payroll, the planning or control of presence and/or time control, the supervision of compliance with internal policies and/or the application of sanctions in case of non-compliance.
- To comply with our legal obligations such as, for example, the payment of contributions to the CASS, the management of occupational accidents and pay slips, the prevention of occupational risks and monitoring of occupational health or providing you with the work certificates that you can request from us.
- And for our legitimate interest in, for example, improving your training and yours competencies, supervise employees for security or management purposes or execute actions intended to guarantee the security of the network and the information of its computer systems, video surveillance intended to preserve the safety of people and property, as well as our facilities ·locations, and to process or resolve the demands or claims that you communicate to us.
At HOTEL NORDIC, SAU we may have to share your personal data with service providers so that they can process them on our behalf, to achieve the aforementioned purposes, which, in any case, will be carried out in compliance with the established in the LQDP and guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of your data. HOTEL NORDIC, SAU, also reminds you of your obligations of confidentiality regarding the data, to which you have access, even once the employment relationship has ended.
We remind you that you must notify us in writing of any change in your personal data (address, telephone, etc.) within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days before the change occurs.
Your personal data will only be kept for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes, eliminating those that are no longer required with due diligence and security.
We inform you that we have established the necessary measures, both technical and organizational, to guarantee the security of your personal data and avoid its alteration, misuse, loss, theft, treatment and/or unauthorized access.
Finally, we inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability, on which you will find more information at https://www.apda.ad, by asking our Protection Delegate of Data via the email dpd@grupnordic.ad and, if the solution provided by the DPD is not satisfactory, you can submit a claim to the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
